"I found the sausages and brisket to be quite delicious, while the ribs were just alright. The dish came with carrots and red onions, which looked appealing but didn’t really enhance the meal as expected. The potato salad was decent, but the apple and coleslaw were very rustic, overwhelmed by black pepper, and not dressed or salted enough. The iced tea had a strange metallic taste, raising concerns about how well the equipment is cleaned. I wanted to enjoy my experience, but with so many options in Texas, I’ll probably explore other places nearby. Seeing fewer than a dozen customers at 6 PM on a Saturday makes me think the locals may have moved on... I hope they can find ways to innovate and improve!"
