"We finally received our waters at 2:20 PM, but the glasses were dirty. Our food arrived at 2:37 PM, and to our disappointment, we were told they were out of white gravy and had substituted it with brown. My husband dislikes brown gravy, and what made things worse was that the mashed potatoes were freezing cold. The steak was overly fatty and unappetizing, while the burger was cold and unappetizing as well. The only thing that was fine were the cold French fries.
The waitress seemed uninterested in attending to us, which contributed to the overall terrible experience. However, despite our disappointing meal, we had a fantastic time at the canyon and thoroughly enjoyed the trout fishing. The ladies at the stables were lovely, and the staff at the gift shop were very accommodating. Ray, our tram tour guide, kept us entertained and laughing throughout the two-hour tour. Overall, I would recommend everything except the bistro, which was both expensive and disappointing."
