"My wife and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After we ordered our food, a manager came to deliver it and made a comment that caught us off guard, calling us “my gentlemen,” which I assume was a reference to my wife wearing a hat. This comment upset my wife and brought her to tears, which really ruined our day. Thankfully, our waitress, who I believe was named Sara, did her best to mitigate the situation. She repeatedly apologized and took responsibility for the manager’s embarrassing behavior, which we appreciated. While we are grateful for her efforts, we likely won’t return to the restaurant. We sincerely appreciate how Sara handled the situation, but sadly, we would rate the manager very poorly. Thank you, Sara, for everything you did!"
