"We made this reservation to go during their Miracle holiday event because we enjoyed it so much last year. It didn't have to same charm. We sat at the table for about minutes before a server showed up to take our order, in spite of many servers passing by multiple times (and taking time to set out plates and silverware on the empty table next to ours they did not seem to be understaffed). It took a very long time to get our drinks from the bar (like they didn't come until we were done with our appetizer), and when they arrived, they were in regular glasses instead of the fun holiday glasses that were featured on the special menu (and that we had gotten last year). The pizza was good but tasted a little overdone. I like Lucille but overall it was disappointing for an meal for two (pizza, cheese curds, two cocktails, and tip)."
