"On two different occasions, I attempted to place a special order, but both times I ended up with the wrong sandwich. The first time, I returned for a replacement, but it was served cold and I had to ask for it to be heated up. I ended up only eating a little before discarding the rest. I also came in once for a breakfast sandwich without cheese, but was told that was not an option.
I understand that staffing issues are affecting many places, but it seems they're resistant to making changes or accommodating requests. I really wish I didn’t have to give a local business a negative review, but I felt I needed to share this experience with local friends who asked about it."
