"I visit Palm Desert monthly on business and have dined here before. It was decent on my previous visits. Today I ordered the same food as before yet it was completely different, regular tacos filled with guac etc that I have never had in a taco in my 62 years of living! When I politely told the waitress that this is not what I ordered or expected, she said Yes, it is and continued to argue with me that they make their tacos differently. First I did not order from the menu, told her that i just wanted a simple beef hard shell taco and a side of rice! My heavens if you know your taco 's are made differently, simply ask what the customer would like on it. Secondly, don 't ARGUE with the customer on such a simple matter. Her attitude made a relative non-event into my decision to never return to this place that has such poor attitude about customer service. They are a dime a dozen these restaurants, go elsewhere and save the aggravation and insult!"
