"I had a very disappointing experience at this store while picking up my mobile order. I ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes, which is unacceptable. If the store cannot handle mobile orders promptly, why do they accept them in the first place? It felt like the staff was entirely focused on dine-in customers, completely neglecting those who ordered through the app. Mobile order customers are also customers and deserve equal attention. This was the longest wait I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant, and to make matters worse, no staff member even bothered to provide an update or respond to my concerns. I urge the management to look into this issue and ensure better service for mobile order customers. It was truly a frustrating experience.
