"Incredible service!. My kids and I stopped by this afternoon for lunch at Frankie's Ribs (Fairfield Shopping Center VA Beach) and tried to use our restaurant.com $15 off coupon. Somehow it didn't get processed and so i was overcharged. After asking our server about it i was told it was the tip that was added in. I figured someone was being sneaky and we would just never come back. To my surprise about 2 hours later someone from your restaurant was at my door with $15 and an apology for the mix up that had happened.
