"I arrived at 11:00 a.m. to find the restaurant quite empty, and our table needed some cleaning. We started with half orders of chips and onion straws. The chips were enjoyable, but the onion straws were disappointing—too thin and greasy, lacking in onion flavor. I ordered the house salad with creamy blue cheese dressing instead of the house dressing, along with the soup of the day, which was chicken poblano. The soup was decent but could have used a bit more spice; however, the salad was excellent. My husband opted for the ribs with fries, which he liked because the fries were fresh, hot, and thick-cut. He mentioned that while the ribs were tender, they wouldn't be very appealing without the sauce. The service was good, and I personally enjoyed the background music—mostly hits from the '70s and '80s. If I could give a rating of 3.5, that would be my choice."
