"Delicious experience! I've never been to California Pizza Kitchen before since there aren't any locations in Texas where I live. The bread served with herbed olive oil was perfect—such good bread. I noticed on their menu that they use wild oregano from Greece, and I could definitely taste it in the olive oil dip, which also had fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. I loved my combo. The Spinach Quinoa salad with candied pecans, cranberries, and vinaigrette was amazing. The pizza was fantastic, and I was impressed that they topped it with oregano—you can even see the little buds in my photos. I adore oregano! I also asked for white truffle oil to drizzle on the pizza, which was delightful. Plus, I enjoyed a refreshing Moscow Mule."

"We came for an early lunch at about 11:15 on Sunday, and less than a quarter of the tables were occupied. Even so, our party of four was taken to a table in the back that had not been wiped down. There were crumbs and sticky spots all over the table, as well as lots of paper trash on the floor. It smelled a bit like weak dishwater, not an appetizing smell. Our waitress was friendly and quick, and very attentive to keeping our beverages topped up. The pizzas were kind of generic and not particularly flavorful. It wasn't awful, but not anything to get excited about. I don't think I'll be in a hurry to return."

"Hate to do this because CPK Thai Crunch Salad is supreme but.. we had a terrible experience at this location. Without getting into too much detail, the things that went wrong: Vegetarians beware Salad with sub for vege chicken came out with chickenmeat, and my vegetarian SIL accidentally ate chicken meat (she 's been vege for over a decade Check your bill Replacementsalad for vege didn 't have avocado in it although the additional charge for avocado was still on the bill. Not good for biggroups Table of 7, two mains came out, the others didn 't arrive for at least 15min, so the two first meals had to be eatenbefore everyone else got their food or they 'd be cold. Pizza was not hot on arrival. Not good for small children/babies Wehad a 2 year old who 's meal was last to come. (not sure how a salmon dish and a large pizza takes longer than salads a child 'spizza to make.. Don 't expect attentive service Asked for more menus twice (only had 2 for a table of 7 and they nevercame. Asked for water 3 times—luckily on the 3rd time we got some. Asked for side plates for the appetizers—never came.Dirty appetizer dishes never got cleared. Staff would drop things off and then not stick around long enough to see if we hadeverything we needed so it was impossible to flag anyone down for help/service. Eg. asked for fresh cracked pepper but theybought chilli flakes and I didn 't have the chance to say sorry I wanted black pepper . Never got asked how our mealwas. Usually wouldn 't waste my time writing a review like this but it was for my Mother 's 70th birthday (which they knew andoverall the experience was so upsetting for the entire family. Only shout out is to Sam, who wrote a note and left it at thefront desk saying we would be coming (even though they do not take reservations ."

"We sampled many dishes and unfortunately most did not hit the mark. The Santa Fe chicken pizza arrived cold and was stale, bland and uninspiring. The avocado egg roles were quite tasty but full of more cheese than avocado, which was surprising. Pretty unhealthy but good. The Banh Mi bowl was pretty fresh but the sauce was pretty spicy and could have had more avocado for my tastes. The salmon was one item we tried that was delicious, however it was full of bones. Very surprising from a well respected place like this. The Sichuan dumplings were actually good as well. The only item with no problems and well-liked by all. Overall the cpk failed to live up to its reputation and I cannot recommend it."

"This restaurant is an excellent choice for lunch, especially considering the affordable prices. I ordered a pizza and salad combo for just $12. Our server, Melissa, was exceptionally attentive; she brought us refills of Diet Coke before we even needed to ask. I also appreciated that she was accommodating when I requested to substitute the chicken in the Thai crunch salad for avocado without any hassle. I highly recommend this place—friendly servers and great prices!"

"Hello, Pizza! A beautiful, family-run establishment that serves creative and well-made pizzas... including their speciality that can be added to any pizza, a crust filled with “Sweet Potato Mousse”. Now I'm not a pizza archaeological... the stuffed crust phenomenon seemed to me more and more a gimmick... I mean, okay other pizza places, there's extra cheese in the crust. Nice... but a sweet potato mousse in the crust? Please sign me! I had a potato pizza (yes people, a POTATO PIZZA filled with mousse, without bacon and beef. It was super delicious with potatoes on top, corn, onions, cheese and sauce. The mousse was delicious. The potatoes were, strangely, the least exciting part... they looked good, but felt like more of a reflection on the pizza. My wife enjoyed the gluten-free veggie pizza... It is a standard gluten-free crust (not so exciting, but with a very generous amount of vegetables on the top. (They offer a vegan cheese, but she went back. Our child had a heart-shaped mushroom pizza. Hi. I mean, kids will like everything in a unique form... so well made catering for children Hello pizza! (Hello, by the way.) It's a very nice place with games, a lego table for children and occupied by very nice people! Hi Pizza (hi, is a unique pizzeria spot to see in a sea of mostly the same pizzeria joints. If you are in the region of La Cañada Flintridge, it is worth checking."

"Ordered to go, and “no avacodo” was specified. On reaching home we saw that there was avocado. Had to toss it. Was a fan of stone oven until today. I saw the store manager clean up the serving plates with a white tissue/ sanitizer napkin and I see him pull up forks to put into salad bowl with same hand. I know they workers work hard especially the 2 ladies. With receipt coming to $23.60, I’ll settle for neighboring restaurant now on."

"service was friendly and pleasant when we ordered our 3 meal to go. Unfortunately this was the only good thing about our experience there. all 3 plates were unpleasant and difficult to eat. the Gyro meat was quite hard and easy in comparison to others I was, the tzatziki tasted like mayo, could not taste any gurke. the dolmades had no taste, they were only very oily leaves around the muddy rice, and the falafels were overfried. the Greek salads were not good either. I hate complaining, but when we were there, because it had a 4-star rating, I felt it was good to contribute."

"We were fortunate that this restaurant was open on Christmas Eve, and we even enjoyed happy hour since we arrived before 6 pm. We started with two small Caesar salads, which were quite tasty. Then we ordered the personal 7” pizza with up to 6 toppings, and it was absolutely delicious. Finally, we tried the avocado toast with crostini, which turned out to be a poor combination. While the avocado, cheese, and hot sauce were a great mix, they didn’t pair well with the crostini, making the flavors clash. It would have tasted much better on regular sourdough bread."
