"8 hours agoThe tuna melt sandwich was two slices of grocery store sliced bread with a couple scoops of mayo laden tuna salad (red tuna, not white tuna) and a slice of kraft single cheese. Not melted, not toasted, just cold bread, tuna and cold american cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no pickle as described on the menu. I took it to the counter, surely this was a mistake! But no. Three employees deliberated for a few minutes and it was determined to be correct. And the food wasn't the only disappointment. A woman identifying herself as the owner's daughter was completely obnoxious. I told her I would just like to leave and I would like my money back. The food looked gross and I hadn't touched any of it so if they wanted to make me happy, that would be the best way to do so. She starts ranting about how bad a day she has had, how she has two kids and is so stressed out, it was really crazy stuff. Eventually she opened the register and gave me most of my money back. As I left I did mention that I used to work with her dad and he was a really good chef and that if he knew what they were doing he would surely be disappointed and most likely embarrassed. They asked for my name which I gave them and that crazy person found me online and has started harassing me. Sad to see a sweet place like this decline in this way. I hope they turn it around"
