"There is a theme here with the lowest scores! The state of customer service is overwhelmingly poor. Staff behind the counter are rude, ungrateful and seem very put out with customers in general. I’ve experienced this during three visits; including today’s. I’ve observed other customers receive the same. I was hopeful today—that we’d receive eye contact, a smile, a “may I help you”, advice when asked about a product noted on the website but not stocked at the counter; but nothing folks, none of the above. We will definitely pursue other options for our fresh seafood treats. Disappointed owner/leaders not responsive to the negative feedback; sometimes a warm body is simply not enough. Either invest in their customer service training or “fish and cut bait”!"
