"I will never spend my money there again! I ordered two meals, and when I got home, I discovered that the Salisbury steak was missing. The next day, I returned to the restaurant to request a refund. Before I could fully explain the issue, the manager interrupted me, saying, "You didn't get your Salisbury steak, did you?" I replied no and asked for a refund for the missing meal. She refused and became quite disrespectful. Her volume and attitude escalated so much that even the cook had to come out and ask her to calm down. She continued to be rude and even dragged another customer into our conversation. I later spoke with Ms. Nikki from a location in Memphis, and she acknowledged who I was referring to. She apologized and assured me the owner would call me, but no one ever did! I still have my receipt as a reminder to never go back. I will continue to warn everyone I know to avoid spending a dime in this place, which clearly lacks customer service!"
