"Extremely disappointed with this restaurant experience. Came in for afternoon tea, but due to a late appointment, it turned into an unexpected dinner. The host, upon showing our reservation confirmation, casually mentioned that the afternoon tea option had concluded, without any apology for the confusion on the reservation site. Instead of suggesting dinner, she turned her back on us, displaying impatience. It took a so-called manager to step in and help us find a seat. The service was painfully slow, with a staggering 45 minutes passing before we could even place our order. Meanwhile, a neighboring table received their appetizers. To add to the frustration, one of the water glasses had something floating on top, and despite our attempts for 45 minutes, no one paid attention to replace it.
