"I love the ambiance, and the food is fantastic—especially the delicious French fries, although they could use a little more salt. However, my experience with ordering was disappointing. I called in an order, but when I got to the restaurant, nobody even asked me if I had an order. I was just left standing there. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, and I ordered at 8:14, but I didn't receive my order until 8:30. I understand it's a busy time, but it felt like other people were just walking in, placing and picking up their orders without any issues while I was left waiting. This was not a good experience."

"Poochie's is my go-to spot for hot dogs and more. However, during this visit, I opted for the steamed hot dogs instead of the grilled ones I usually enjoy. Unfortunately, the casing lacked the satisfying 'snap' I expect when I bite into a hot dog. That said, everything else was fantastic, as it often is. I consider this visit an exception, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of my usual 5. If it had been my first time here, I might have given it 3 stars. I believe it’s important to visit a place multiple times since things can vary from day to day."

"I love Poochie’s! I am really amazed and impressed by their great offers! I ordered their Vienna hot dogs, a double cheddar burger, fries, and a lemonade. All of the food that I ordered deserves a five-star! The hot dogs are great, tasty, and quality. The burger also, it is meaty, flavorful, and has a good texture.
