"My husband went to the drive-thru to pick up our online order. After he announced his arrival, he was put on hold for five minutes before he was finally allowed to place his order. When he arrived at the window, they asked for details about the order. After searching for a while using his name, they eventually found it and handed him the food, but not without a delay. Once we got home, we realized that an entire burger was missing and we had received extra chicken tenders that we hadn’t ordered. While I understand that mistakes happen, this whole experience was quite frustrating and spoiled our dinner, especially since one of us ended up without a burger. If you decide to visit this restaurant, be prepared for long waits, even when it’s not busy, and the chance of receiving the wrong items, as these problems seem to be common at this location."
