"The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, but I suppose that’s par for the course these days. The sandwich I ordered, however, was fantastic. The only downside was that I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff, who seemed preoccupied with counting tips and perhaps discussing something more important than taking my lunch order. At the time, I was the only customer in the place."

"We had the French dip and gyros sandwiches, which were both quite good. A nice lunch. The restaurant interior is less funky than dumpy. We suggest a paint job, new furniture and clean up the terrazzo floor. The food is more important though. Very good!"

I believe I said 7 instead of 9. They apologized to me, but I believe it was completely my fault. They made me a new sandwich and never questioned me. They were simply amazing. ??"

"We’ve used this location many times over the last couple of years. The sandwiches are generally decent and fairly priced. Delivery used to take around 30 minutes or so. However, in the last 6 months or so the delivery service has really degraded. On three occasions the delivery has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive and the sandwiches suffer in quality because of it. On another occasion, our order never arrived. One day we randomly received someone else’s order who lives a street over. I may still visit this location for pickup, but I will never recommend using them for delivery after these experiences."

"I frequent Milio's for lunch often during the work week. There are plenty of food options in downtown Madison, including several nearby food carts, that offer more variety, but I like the convenience, speed, seating availability, and not having to pay a server at Milio's."

"The atmosphere isn't as lively as it used to be; the team, once known for their fun and enthusiasm, seems to have lost some of that spirit. During my last few visits, the place felt off, with perhaps just one table occupied while the others were left dirty. I'm hopeful they'll regain their vibrancy soon."

"After ordering I realized there was quite a bit of one Star reviews for this location. I thought while this is a perfect time to do a review. I am a longtime Google reviewer and have ate at Big Mike's in Sun prairie way before it was ever milio's. Ialso went to UW Milwaukee where the highest grossing Jimmy John's in the state was right across the street. That being said Ihave to say that I am quite happy with milio's Monona. The guy on the phone promptly took my order and advised me that thedelivery driver was out on delivery and could be up to 40 minutes. Well 20 minutes later... Here rolls up milio's with myorder. Not only was the order fast but it was correct and the guy was very nice and I can't say a word other than great for theservice. The food is why I gave it four stars as it is good but it wasn't phenomenal however the service was and I reallyappreciate the guy in the Acura getting here so quickly. 40 minutes was going to be acceptable but 20 minutes totally made myexperience that much better.. I got the chicken bacon club in It was all right. I'm definitely ordering again from here andwill probably do the Italian."
