"On a very busy dining night in Jackson, after finding long waits at several other restaurants, we were so relieved to find seating at the bar at Trio, which is a little bit off the main strip of restaurants on a quieter street. Our server, William C., could not have been more accommodating and welcoming, despite how busy he was, and the manager checked in on us as well. The carpaccio and sausage pizza were delicious, as were the two specials we ordered — best gazpacho we’ve EVER had, and a divine halibut special as well. Great cocktails too! If we are lucky enough to find our way back to Jackson we’ll return to Trio!"
