"I ordered a couple of bagels and a bagel dog (a hotdog wrapped in bagel dough and baked). Although the smell was delightful, the food was completely inedible! The bagel was incredibly tough and hard— I felt like I could break a tooth trying to bite into it! It was nearly impossible to tear apart as well. The hotdog inside was overcooked and dry, and it slipped right out of the bagel wrap when I held it upside down. Given the prices, this was a significant waste of money! The service was good, and the regular bagels tasted fine, but if I hadn’t already left the shop, I would have returned the bagel dog."
