Aaron, the founder, creator, and head baker, has introduced a wonderfully creative and delicious menu of baked goods to the Austin area that you won't see anywhere else. I wish I could tell you which of the four cupcakes we ordered was my favorite, but I honestly can’t choose! We decided on Paper Route Bakery for the majority of the desserts at my son's wedding rehearsal dinner, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. The lemon cupcake with blackberry buttercream was a huge hit, and the vanilla with strawberry balsamic buttercream was simply sublime!
