"I will not be returning to the Mr. Subb on Hoosick Street. I have always had good experiences at the locations in North Troy, Latham Farms, and Guideboard Road in Halfmoon, but this one was a disappointment. I ordered two Cheddar Nebas, a nugget, and a drink. Unfortunately, the Nebas were not drained properly, resulting in soggy sandwiches. I managed to eat one because I hadn't had anything to eat all day, but after just three bites of the second one, I had to throw it away—what a waste of $7.09. The nuggets were cold and hard; none of them were soft. When I asked for Russian dressing on the side to dip the nuggets in, I was told I would have to pay for it. For reference, the other three Mr. Subbs locations have never charged me for Russian dressing. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I left feeling unwell. I won’t be going back to that location."

"The experience my mother and I just had here was horrendous. It does not even deserve one star but it won?t let me go any lower. We were in the store for close to 45 minutes to get 6 subs and a Neba made. There were no other customers in the store when we went in. On one sub we had to remind the employee to put pepperoni on the Italian Mixed. The Neba had less than two slices of roast beef. The nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. It was such a bad experience. We asked for the Neba to be removed from our bill but it was not. We didn?t even have the energy to fight about the almost $5 charge. Will not be going back to this location."

"Food was okay, service not so much. Went in with one of my disabled clients(learning disability, not physical)... Yes my client repeated herself a couple of times, she's learning to be more independent, and will tend to be repetitive when nervous. The young lady with the nose ring and glasses...try a little compassion instead of being snarky and saying things to your co worker. Not all disabilities are visible, treat everyone with kindness it'll get you further in life."

"My family and I went to the Central Ave location on what is so far the hottest day of this 2018 year, 7/1/18, and I got a tuna sub. It was by far the WORST tuna sub I have ever eaten. The tuna was a low grade dark, almost brown color, tuna. With very little to no mayo. It had such a tangy strong awful flavor I couldn 't eat it. The bread it was on was so tough I couldn 't even bite through it. The 1 or 2 bites I had to pull off resulted in all the brown tuna along with the wet shredded lettuce, sliding off the stale bread. My 2 stars is a generous rating only because on the hottest day of the year so far...the 1, YES ONE, employee who was working was friendly and had a great attitude in spite of it all."

"I can’t express how much I enjoyed my experience from the moment I walked in until I finished my meal! The Italian Mix Sub I ordered was not only delicious but was also prepared exceptionally quickly. The woman who made my food was incredibly sweet and genuinely one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people I’ve encountered in the food industry. It was clear that she takes pride in her work. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and its staff; it will definitely be my new go-to lunch spot! TL;DR: Eat here—it’s delicious, and the staff is fantastic!"
