The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are always friendly, creating a great vibe. My personal favorite is the mouthwatering Bistro Bison Burger, which I often choose for lunch, and all the side dishes are delicious as well. I rarely encounter a wait, especially when I call ahead—which I usually do. If you haven't tried Bistro 1188 yet, I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!"
