"On Saturday night, I had guests over and ordered $70 worth of food for delivery, which, of course, included a delivery fee. It made me wonder what that fee actually covers. If I'm being charged extra for delivery, I expect my order to be checked for accuracy. Unfortunately, they forgot to include my 9-piece garlic cheese bread with dipping sauce. When the driver arrived, I pointed this out, and he checked the receipt, confirming that it was paid for and should have been included. He mentioned that he had been told the order was ready to go. Given that I had company, I was understandably frustrated. The driver did go back to retrieve the missing bread, but by the time he returned, we had already finished our meal. If a pizza place is going to charge a delivery fee, there should be a reasonable expectation for the order to be delivered correctly. We were quite disappointed. With so many pizza delivery options in town, one would think that ensuring customer satisfaction would be a top priority."
