"My server was terrible! She didn't tell me her name, didn't get refills and definitely did not check back after the food was delivered by someone else. She chose to stand across the restaurant and flirt with these two guys( I know for a fact would not have tipped as big as I would have beings that I am a server also. I'm really glad the manager was paying attention . But the food was good. At least the kids.. Thank goodness for the manager or else that place would be closed already."

"Went on 4/4/22 around 4pm. My two daughters and I ordered wings as usual. The first set that came out were very overcooked, and hard. We ordered spicy garlic (extra wet) and lemon pepper. The waitress said the spicy garlic is now a dry rub now. I informed her I come often, and it’s always a sauce. She took it back and actually brought it back with the correct sauce. So now I had some unknown dry season plus the spicy garlic sauce. HORRIBLE. And my daughters lemon pepper wings looked and tasted like regular plain wings. The waitress even agreed they didn’t look like lemon pepper. I know it wasn’t just me, because the family at the next table had complaints as well. The waitress told me they weee having issues with the cooks. I usually go to that hooters twice a week with my kids, but after that experience, I won’t anymore."

"Super bummed. Was back in town with my sister and family for her 28th birthday. She requested hooters since we hadn't been to one in so long (and all the others are closed locally). Got a table for a group of eleven people, all of us others over the age of 30, ordered our drinks. Was super excited for hooters wings. Then we were told by some part of employment that they wouldn't be servicing us drinks. The dining room was almost empty. We were very respectful. Our waitress was very kind. So we didn't understand why we weren't being served. We ended up going to bdubs where we were served and paid a huge tab for drinks and food. Hooters loss and we will not be coming back."

"Just went this afternoon around 2 p.m. The restaurant was not busy at all. A few scattered tables with customers around the dining room. Our waitress Liberty approached our table right away. She took our drink and appetizer order. We then watched her immediately leave our table and clean several tables off before she entered in our order or got our drinks. Awhile later we placed our dinner order. We sat there for 30 min and still no appetizers which were all fried foods. Servers were sitting around in the dining area and at podium on their cell phones. There was no teamwork at all. Food sat in the window. At one point our server completely disappeared from the dining room. We never saw her again. We could see our appetizers sitting in the window while multiple servers were sitting and looking at their cell phones. I was appalled. I myself had been in the restaurant industry for many years and have also been in charge of numerous employees in a completely different industry. Never would I allow employees to sit on their cell phones while customers can see that. Very lazy and unprofessional. No one seemed to be in charge or overseeing anything. Finally after seeing our appetizers sitting in window for over 5 min we decided to walk out. Worst service I have ever had."

"First time at Hooters. This location is in a run down area of used to be restaurants and seems to be one of the last ones standing. We came in during the basketball semi-finals. We saw a bunch of dudes sitting at the bar with a bartender and we waited at the front to be seated but no one came out and sat us. We almost turned around and left but someone in another area of the restaurant saw us and called out for a waitress to come and sit us down. Finally, two waitresses came out and one of them sat us down and gave us menus.We ordered the Daytona beach style wings, original style wings in chipotle honey, a side of fries, and original Buffalo shrimp entree.I was told Hooters is notoriously slow in making their food but ours came by after about a 15 min wait. Food quality was good but overpriced. I left full but not satisfied.Our waitress was good to us. She left us alone, tended to us here and there, and was polite. I noticed the other waitress spend a little more time talking up her male customers. I also overheard our waitress talk to someone who came in and apparently a waitress no-call-no-showed."

"This I have to say is the BEST Hooters I have the pleasure to experienced! From the time we enter and left the service was beyond my expectations our server Jen was on point always a reach away always making sure we had everything we needed not once to ask for anything she made sure we got excellent service and the manager Steve was real hospitable came out made sure everything was to our liking and even introduced me to there new smoked wings which I ended up ordering. "We ate there on a Friday night on Frog Follies weekend. It was nice to see several people in there and our waitress even commented on how good it was to see more people. Basically same as always with this place. Never once saw a manager. They definitely need to be walking around. Two of the people in our party ordered the watermelon margarita, but they were out. They are always out of something! We order steamed shrimp as an app and they were good, the other couple ordered chicken nachos and the kitchen forgot about it and they were going to bring it out after we already had our food the bar tender who brought out the meals, actually made the comment to us, Is it the end of world to receive it after our meal? In the picture are burnt chicken strips from where they tried to hide them in a chicken strip sandwich. They tasted burnt and he didn 't eat them. I contact corporate all the time also, but nothing ever changes."

"Came here with my friends a few times, but the service was practically nonexistent each time we went. Eventually I just started ordering to go instead of actually coming in and sitting down. There were multiple times that I had to wait over an hour past the scheduled pickup time. Today was the last straw. Scheduled pickup for 2:30 pm (when the restaurant isn’t that busy) and I didn’t leave with my food until 3:27 because it wasn’t ready when I got there. Overall I’m just tired of this location. I gave it multiple chances because it’s the closest one to where I live, but each time they disappoint me. If I want hooters again I’ll go to one of the other locations in Fort Worth. They’re a bit farther away, but at least I’ll be receiving much better customer service."

"We approached a booth and asked the first server we saw if we could go ahead and sit down. This server, who later introduced herself as Karen, rudely told us that we needed to return to the hostess stand. At the time, she was leaning against the next booth with her elbows on the table, chatting with two patrons who seemed to be friends of hers. I didn’t see her actively serving them, as another server was taking care of their needs. It wasn't just what she said, but the way she said it that was off-putting. She could have approached the situation in a more polite manner—perhaps by asking us to wait a moment for seating. On a positive note, our actual server was very nice. But Karen could definitely benefit from some customer service training; otherwise, she might be better suited for a different line of work."

"I can only assume that this Hooters is decent, but judging by its low ratings/reviews it may be best to stay away. I can’t tell you for sure because I walked in and waited for a couple minutes to get seated. There were 2 tables with people. No one greeted me or came over. Walked through the restaurant to the bathroom and washed my hands. Came back out walked through again and sat down at a table. Waited. Bar girl looked right at me. Cook or maybe manager dude looked from the window right at me. No one came over. I’m pretty hard to miss and wasn’t wearing camo. 2 servers girls sat at a table on their phones. No one came over. So I left. I’d love to tell you the food was great- I’d love to tell you the service was great, but I got neither one so I guess it’s a terrible Hooters. Two stars because it has been renovated in the last couple years. 2:30ish on Tuesday 1-10… Do better Hooters."

"Went to eat with my daughter we sat at the bar and ordered 25 wings, pound of shrimp and 2 fries as well as alcohol. They brought our fries and shrimp out first like they were appetizers. We finished our shrimp and fries because they were gettingcold waiting on the wings. After we finished our shrimp and fries we still waited on wings. FINALLY they brought our wings aftercomplaining to the bartender and manager. I told him we didn?t want the wings because we were done with our food and ordered ameal not different courses. "I 'd been to this hooters many times in the past as I live just 5 minutes away and it is the closest sports bar to my home. I 'm always extremely respectful and tip generously every time. I had a horrible experience last time I was there. I am a local business owner and Entrepreneur and last time is was there, a manager with black hair and glasses told me I had been banned. I was speechless and asked why as I 've never been banned from any establishment. He told me that last time i was there, I 'd left a tab open. 100% False. Moreover, I have no reason to leave a tab open as I 've been blessed and I 've even generously comped other patrons tabs on multiple occasions. I replied there must be some confusion because his accusation was a complete falsehood and he could not furnish the tab because none existed. Then he said that he had complaints about my fully fledged service animal;NOT Emotional support animal. He proceeds to tell me how my service dog wasn 't a service animal although, we 've been there at least 10 times and he 's sat for entire football game. I always have my SERVICE animals credentials on me. I even received praises for how well trained he is. The irony here is that I literally own and operate one of the largest service dog training businesses in the state. I was very embarrassed and furious as He couldn 't even look me in the eye and after I was seated by the hostess from the bar where I had a beer. In comes this racist manager who hasn 't a clue. He then follows me outside and shouts out me in front of patrons, if you come back, I 'm going to have the cops throw your ass in jail! I 've had many moments of disrespect in my life, but this was an all time low. I plan to take it to the paper and press charges for discrimination if I don 't get a satisfactory solution from the owners."

"The wings and sauces were great. I had a build your own burger though. It was made exactly as ordered. It was fresh and delicious and they didn't skimp on the toppings either. The patties were cooked to perfection, flavorful and juicy. The side of waffle fries were hot and fresh also. We had a larger group of 11 people and our server, Franki, was fantastic!"
