I was shocked by the lack of customer service and refusal to address a legitimate complaint. I didn’t ask for extra money or compensation; I simply wanted my order to be correct and a refund for the mistakes. Instead, I felt dismissed.
I have since read many other negative reviews about this restaurant, and they seem to share common themes. Sometimes the food is acceptable, but many complaints appear to go ignored by the owners. It seems like a "hit or miss" experience, but in terms of customer service, I would rate them a big fat F."
