"NOTE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL WITH MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AS WELL AS THE OWNERS. Eat here pretty often and the staff and even the couple who owns it are very nice people. Food is pretty good. Love the wings, the fried rice is better here than at the Chinese restaurant in the same plaza and the philly is great too(extra meat . Seriously I don?t mean to yell in the beginning however just reading some of the reviews I?m thinking people are really crazy. I?ve lived in Gwinnett for 5 years ordering from here and the food is always great. The one time I make a complaint to them about my order and they took care of me so quickly, thoughtfully and professional I had to write a review. Keep in mind I?m ordering Uber eats so they don?t know who I am but If i went into the store they would recognize me and I STILL received excellent customer service."

"B.B s Wings is a small take out only restaurant or rather small to-go order pick-up window. We were stranded w/o a car after an accident on the highway at the Doubletree hotel on the same block. We picked up a menu on Saturday, they stated they were closed on Sunday (menu said open 7 days a week). We walked over Monday to place the order in person and the menu prices had all increased. The menu did not reflect current prices they had just handed us. Anyway our loss more-or-less. The food was bagged up and the order was hot and included side sauces. We enjoyed the small pork egg rolls, crab Rangoon with sweet/sour dipping sauce and the 15 wing combination with fries a can of soda. The wings were well sauced upon request and delicious. They offer 23 flavors to choose from. Fries were hot and well prepared."

"order was for 10 wings $13.90 we received 10 however 4 we are the size of an 11-year-old pink. personal cost per worth is quite high. at a cost of $1.40 per wing, this is my last purchase. there are other local sellers on a buck a wing or less. a deep fat fried chicken wing is a fat fried chicken wing. we're not talking about steak."
