"The waitress was incredibly rude throughout our visit. I was taken aback by her demeanor. She constantly reminded us it was cash only and her attitude was unpleasant. To top it off, she spent the entire hour and a half we were there on her phone, eating and distracted. When we asked questions about the menu, her replies were dismissive: “yeah, yeah, what else?”
I decided to confront her about her poor manners, and she simply replied with a “no” when I asked why she was so unfriendly. I honestly felt my 2-year-old was more polite than she was. This whole experience has made me reluctant to return, which is disappointing because it's supposed to be one of my favorite places. Additionally, the menu still lists king crabs, which they haven’t had in a long time, and when we inquired about it, her response was also quite rude. While the food itself was fantastic, the waitress's attitude has left a sour taste in my mouth, making me hesitant to come back."
