"I am very disappointed with the customer service experience I had at Nadals this morning. Omar was at the front POS and refused to exchange my order. As a regular customer, I'm familiar with the taste of the Oats of Glory smoothie, but today it tasted quite different. When I politely asked to exchange it for another smoothie or item, he rudely declined. I visit this place often, but I won't be returning again. Someone needs to help Omar improve his customer service skills."
