"We have ordered from there about 7-8 times in the past three years. There is something always off or wrong. Once the delivery guy said, “Oh, hold on, I left your breadsticks.” I turned around to put the pizzas down, thinking he left it in the car, but no, he left it at the store. We keep deciding to give them another chance, but no more. The last three times they have brought the wrong things and then the owner got on the phone and said that’s the way they make it. I said it didn’t use to be that way when I ordered it and he again stated they’ve made them that way always. The difference is obvious but I guess I’m in the wrong. I mean I could show pictures but I’m done. The guy, owner, manger or whatever he is just tried to make it seem like I’m an idiot and obviously doesn’t care. This was the last time I’ll ever order from there."
