"Let me start first by saying I ordered delivery. When my food came an hour and 20 minutes later, my order was wrong and cold. I ordered honey dipped fried chicken, which I didn't get. I had a fried chicken that was fried so hard that the meat was solid like rock and dryer as the Sahara desert, I could not even enter it. And the mozzarella sticks were ice cold inside. No melting cheese, no crispy outside. So basically paid $35 for a soda and pommes. When I recall to be a refund or to repair the order, who I said on the phone to be the owner had a bad attitude! At first she caught me and said she got the manager, then she came back to the phone and said she was the manager, then when the conversation went on she said she was the owner. She didn't let me finish, and every time I spoke, she would scream about me and try to finish what I said. I've been ordered by Franken for years and never experienced such rude evil behavior. Honestly shocked and very disappointed. It could have been a simple solution with a simple refund."
