"Customer service skills are lacking. Thought the young lady was ready to take our order, but when her help showed up beside her she acted like she really wasn't interesting in taking the order. Sandwiches were subpar. Cheese on the burgers was cold, sandwich was warm, at best. Fries, on the other hand, were HOT. Nice quiet place to eat, too bad the rest was disappointing. Service: Dine in"

"excellent autobahn stop for fast eating. The Runza menu is basic, but while traveling around town it can find spearly of great chain options that helps to stay this location on the way. during the lunch break our food arrived fast and hot. the burgers were in order. the salate is a fast food salad. the package I tried was okay, but it was what I needed if maybe a little bit small. the cleanliness was usually ok, but given the proximity to the car and the resulting high traffic, the bathrooms need more regular cleaning."

"I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger and French Fries via the drive-thru. Runza has the best fries! You can tell they change the oil in the fryer on a regular basis. The burger never tastes like it's been frozen and looks and tastes like real beef should. The staff were friendly and efficient and easy to understand when going through the drive-thru."

Despite this, the food was tasty, the service was efficient, and the prices were fair. This made it a convenient dining option located near our hotel."

"I'm from Maryland and came to Nebraska with my husband who grew up here. All throughout our marriage he told me about Runza and that their food was a important part of his childhood and how delicious it was. It was our first meal in Nebraska and it didn't disappoint! It's so good! I love black pepper and the mushroom swiss runza was flavorful and full of it! I'm honestly heartbroken because we don't have these in MD, and I'll probably be desperately trying to remake it at home. Bread is soft, freshly baked it's juicy and cheesy but not messy, just absolutely amazing food and run by amazing people."
