"Occasionally, they don't answer the phone for call-in orders. When I finally got through, they took my order and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived 20 minutes later, they hadn't even started making my order! When I inquired about it, they told me it was in the oven, but I could see them preparing it and putting it in the oven as I sat there waiting for another 20 minutes. That said, the pizza is really delicious, so just be prepared for a longer wait."
