"Worst experience at a cold stone ever. There were a few others in front of us when we first walked in so we were expecting a little wait however when it got to our time to be served, no one greeted us and there were 6 workers behind the counter just walking around. After about 5 minutes I finally went up and asked if we were going to be served and the worker walked up and just looked at us and eventually just asked us what we wanted. They spoke with attitude as if we weren't asking for the bare minimum to just get served and they were specifically rude to my friend when he asked about different options for how the icecream could be served. Worst of all, they served me the wrong icecream and I hadn't realized until I left the store and they had closed. Really disappointing."
