"The entire dining experience, apart from being seated promptly, was dreadful. Despite the restaurant being busy, there were plenty of waitstaff available. However, it took over 10 minutes for our server to bring water without my coffee, followed by an additional 8 minutes to deliver a smoothie, still no coffee. It took a total of 23 minutes to finally receive my coffee, only to find no spoon to stir in the creamer, so I had to use my son's straw from his water. Our food arrived cold from another server, and we had to ask for silverware and more coffee. Our designated waitress eventually came over to check on us, but mentioned that someone else would be helping us as well. As we finished our meal and received the bill, our waitress was refilling my son's water when we noticed her placing a glass of water with a red straw on the table next to us. We hurriedly informed the nearby patrons not to drink from that glass, as it was my son's cup. Their reaction was one of disgust."
