"I was unable to get a drink after waiting nearly 20 minutes, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all! This was my second visit to this location. The food was good during my first visit, but this time, I only wanted drinks on the bar side and had to be seated by the hostess. Unfortunately, I still couldn’t get any drinks, so we decided to leave and went to another Mexican restaurant down the street, where our experience was much better. I’ll give this place one more chance before deciding not to return. They really need to understand that customer service is important. There are about 15 other Mexican restaurants within a 5-7 mile radius that offer great food and excellent customer service!"

"Love the food and drinks.... management is a joke. We frequent the establishment often and so we invited some friends from out of town to join us on a Friday evening. After being told they would not take reservations for a party of 12 we accepted the 45 minute wait. Keep in mind that we made reservations for a birthday party for 16 the Saturday before with no issues... We finally got seated an hour and a half later. Not one apology from a manager nor did a manager ever come to our table during our meal to even check in. We watched 2 parties of 8 and a party of 10 go in before us even though they were lower on the list. Essentially they were waiting to seat us when it was convenient for them instead of when it was convenient for the us the customer. I know a party of 12 is difficult to accommodate but it isn't an hour and 30 minutes difficult I was embarrassed that my friends had to experience what we experienced. We will go somewhere else next time."

"This restaurant uses fresh ingredients, making everything so healthy and delicious! The dishes taste as if they were homemade. I also enjoyed the fun packaging, especially the Mr. Bean sticker on the bean burritos! I'm not sure who the girl character is on the orange sticker, but it adds a nice touch! I tried the carne asada steak, barbacoa, chicken, and shrimp burritos, and each one was truly incredible in terms of taste and quality! I’m usually very particular about meat, but everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh and healthy! I wish they were open 24/7!"

"As for the nachos locos, they were truly disappointing. I took a few bites and gave up. They were served on a standard dinner plate and included chips, canned jalapeños, a runny cheese sauce, and the "steak" had a strange taste. The tiny cubes of meat were not seasoned and definitely didn't taste like steak—almost like some sort of mystery meat. After experiencing the nachos, we decided against ordering dinner because they were so unappealing. I mean, how can you mess up nachos? There wasn’t even any salsa, sour cream, or lettuce; it was the saddest plate of nachos I’ve ever seen. From the pictures I’ve seen of other people's food, I can’t imagine they’re making anything good here after serving those nachos. Even the salsa that came with the chips was runny and flavorless, just like the cheese—it felt like they were diluting everything! Overall, while the drinks were decent and the bartender did an amazing job managing everything, the food really fell flat."

"This mostly outdoor Mexican restaurant has nailed the vegan options. I have eaten here a few times, and every dish I have eaten is very tasty, not greasy, fresh and delicious. Danny and his chefs have thought of little details, like date-sweetened vegan horchata, and the food presentation is excellent. Their jacfruit tacos are my favorite tacos in Los Angeles. The flavors amd textures are superb. I also enjoy the seared careot amd vegan chorizo tacos. I wish they would offer more vegan items, but for now, I am very pleased! Valet parking available, as parking is a challenge here."

"I really enjoy this spot! Great local spot with live music, community events, Latin dance nights, art group meetings, open mics and more. They serve Arsaga’s coffee which is pretty good, and crafted drinks were well made the few times I tried those. They have a small selection of beers on draft that I enjoy and a full bar so many cocktail options to choose from. Service has always been great, but might be a longer wait time on food/drinks during busier times."
