I also mentioned that they claimed to be closed. I asked for the supervisor, who was sitting down, preoccupied with his cellphone, seemingly watching or playing something, and he didn’t even bother to address a customer’s issue. The supervisor's name is Renz Bangayan, which I insisted on getting. I ultimately had to pay with cash since the cashier was already closed. I would like to commend the Jollibee cashier who helped me change my $50 bill to facilitate a transaction at Red Ribbon, which only accepts bills no larger than $20. I hope this review reaches the corporate office so they can improve customer service training for their employees."
