"The experience got off to a rocky start when the host couldn't locate our reservation. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. After I showed them my confirmation email, they were finally able to seat us. I was surprised to see only two waiters handling a busy night. I get that personalized service can be challenging, but it seems odd for them to advertise their restaurant with a special promotion on social media right before a concert when they clearly don't have enough staff. We waited and waited, while other parties with reservations got up and left. I might have been fine with the wait if the food had been good, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. My salmon was not fresh and overcooked, and my partner’s burger was obviously frozen—not fresh at all and lacking in flavor. The steak my mother ordered was the highlight of the meal, but it was a fatty cut for the price. Overall, I won’t be returning."
