"On one occasion, I went in for lunch during a particularly exhausting workday, and my mood wasn't great. While waiting for my order, I noticed a friendly employee behind the register who went out of his way to offer me a complimentary drink. This simple act of kindness really lifted my spirits. If everyone were as thoughtful as he is, the world would undoubtedly be a better place. I don’t know his name or who his manager is, but he definitely deserves recognition for his caring, empathetic, and positive attitude toward customers. I hope more fast-food workers can learn from him! I want to express my gratitude for how he brightened my day with that drink offer. "My experience here was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh, the service was quick with no wait in the drive-through. The customer service was excellent. She was very friendly! Excellent service! Vegetarian options: I love the black bean Chalupa, which is what I meant to order today, but I accidentally ordered the black bean crunch wrap. It was good. "This restaurant wants to be open and the manager I dealt with was incredible! Every other Taco Bell is understaffed in Winston Salem, because of poor management. This lady was committed to being open. “Taco Bell” shame on you for not paying your staff and management! This company should be embarrassed and ashamed for paying your staff next to nothing to work so hard. I never leave reviews, but this was an eye opening experience, and this restaurant should reward whoever the manager is that worked on December 22nd 2021. She was incredible."

"my father and I went to the order dinner of taco bell?. when we came there at 18:34 clock, there was one dame before my father and me. we waited until 6:47 no one helped the woman before us. my father went to the counter and asked if the workers of the lady who waited for 10 minutes would help. a man came and said: she will wait. she doesn't like to expect. you have to wait. then the man went away. no service manager and the staff is rude and careless. my father and I do not recommend this taco bell unless they want the wrong order."

"The food was served quickly and tasted just as expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, dining here might be challenging for those with anxiety, as the restaurant is located upstairs in Circle Centre Mall, where many teenagers are often running around because of classes held on the top floor. Despite that, it’s a good spot to stop by for a quick meal."
