"First we were seated at a table outside with the umbrella down in way for us … We said something to the server but she just walked off … Turned out it was broken but me and a friend got it up after messing with it … We ordered a Panzerotti, 14” Asiago Cheesesteak Pizza “hand tossed” and a 14” Asiago Cheesesteak Pizza “Chicago-style” … Food was good besides the 14” Chicago-style … For some reason the green peppers and onions were cut into huge chunks avg 1” x 1” and didn’t not cook !!! Very raw !!! But on the hand toss were cut small … So we just didn’t eat the stuffed pizza … Our server brought the bill … I asked the server for a small container so my friend could take some pizza home … She replied yes and left … She came back and took the bill and brought the copies back with no container … We wrote the tip in and just left … Been coming here for years and never had such a feeling of wasted time …"

"I only rated this place one star but if there was an option it would be no stars. My meatloaf had egg shells in it and my boyfriend's bacon cheeseburger had a long hair in it. The hair was discovered after the burger was almost all gone. I only mentioned the egg shell to the waiter because my boyfriend was going to let the hair in his burger go. The waiter came back with the bill and said they told him to still charge us for the uneaten meatloaf. I disputed this charge and the waiter came back and said they would take half off. My boyfriend then advised the waiter that he had a hair in his burger and was just planning to let it go. He then advised the waiter he will pay full price and never come back. This place lacks customer service. However, if you like eating egg shells and finding long hair in your burgers halfway through the meal and enjoy no customer service skills I highly recommend this place."

"I've passed by this place numerous times and have always noticed a lot of cars and trucks, which made me think it must be good. I decided to stop in with my 88-year-old dad, and we were really impressed! The service was excellent, the soup was very tasty, and I ordered the Monte Cristo—the first time I've had one in a long while—and it was outstanding! It was packed with thick slices of ham, generous turkey, and plenty of Swiss cheese, all grilled to perfection!"

"I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats for this Chocolate Factory. 15 minutes later I was standing in the restaurant waiting for my order when I got a notification from Uber Eats that the order had been cancelled. I talked to the manager and she told me the order had been cancelled and she didn't know why. This struck me as a lie. I was furious and walked out. I will NEVER order food from this restaurant again. This is a new low after getting brown lettuce in a sandwich and a sundae that was about a 1/3 of the size it should have been several months back."

"I was very disappointed when I received my The Phoenix. Unfortunately there was no pepper jack cheese that is usually on it. It is the reason I order that sandwich. I love the pepper jack cheese and it just adds so much flavor to the sandwich. so when I first bit into it I knew something was off. and when I checked the sandwich I found out it was missing the pepper jack cheese. I hope next time I order that it is made correctly."
