"Then, when I tried to use a Groupon, the employee seemed confused and ended up calling the manager after asking me to verify the Groupon. It felt like they thought I was trying to scam them, as after a long wait, they refused to accept the Groupon and instead offered me a $5 discount if I paid upfront again. By this time, over 30 minutes had passed since I entered the restaurant after placing my order, and I decided against paying a second time. I ended up leaving empty-handed and got my money back by canceling the purchase.
Given that the Groupon still has positive reviews, it seems the other two locations must honor the deal and provide good service. It’s unfortunate that this restaurant does not meet those standards."
