"I'm from Connecticut and was staying at the Double Tree Hotel. I wanted to enjoy breakfast outside and had read some positive reviews about this café. I called in an order for three pancakes with eggs and sausages, plus two additional pancakes on the side. I also ordered two breakfast sandwiches with sausage, egg, and cheese, one in a wrap and one on Italian bread.
First off, the "Italian bread" turned out to be sliced bread, which was burnt. Both the sandwich and the wrap were so thin and dry. To make matters worse, my kids' order of eggs and sausages was missing from the bag, and I was charged for the two extra pancakes that were also not included.
I suggest avoiding calling in an order at this café. It might be better to go in person and double-check what you’re paying for before handing over your money."
