"Just rude customer service at the Philadelphia Airport Location. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel, and the woman waved her hands around, looks at me with one of the most condescending looks I’ve received from a service person and says, “we don’t got no bagels.” The way that she said it made it sound like I’d asked to ride a unicorn, like it was so improbable for it to be possible. Mind you, there’s bagels in the grab and go display case, there’s bagel sandwiches advertised behind the sandwich counter, and I’ve literally gotten that same exact order at every Au Bon Pain I’ve been to. It’s the only thing I eat there. I had already grabbed a soup to try before asking about the bagel, or else I would’ve walked out with nothing. Honestly made me feel embarrassed for even asking the question. Soup wasn’t good either, just FYI. Bland tomato bisque."

"Poor environment, short-staffed, long waits, subpar food, constant facility issues, and low standards have truly disappointed me over time. Any coffee shop"

"Went to celebrate a friend's birthday tonight. Walked in and got seated immediately as there was plenty room, it was very nice and the booths were high. Unfortunately I didn't bring enough cash with me to order Naan but I got a Caesar salad without chicken, my son got Mac cheese. I would've liked to order Indian food given the location, but short on funds so that's on me. The prices were decent for the area and my friend ordered Butter chicken and an extra side of rice as well as a Mango Lassi. Really my only complaint is that all of the food took forever to come out. I got a Caesar but it took so long to get it, my son got Mac cheese and my friend had nearly finished his whole meal before the Mac cheese arrived at the table. I DO appreciate that they kept us in the loop for it being delayed, but man it took a while. All of the employees were very nice and refilled our waters regularly. Also I think on the website the Caesar is listed as vegetarian bur Caesar by definition is not vegetarian as the dressing has anchovies in it."

"Au Bon Pain is a wonderful spot for a meal. I strongly recommend trying their turkey bacon and lettuce sandwich, which comes with a delicious sauce. The cozy café features a variety of drinks and soups as well. The environment is tidy, and the service is very attentive. Situated in a medical center, the dining experience is cafeteria-style—you place your order and then wait for it to be served. While seating may be somewhat limited, with options from mid-sized to small, it’s an overall enjoyable experience."
"This is one of the few large Au Bon Pain locations in the city. It's unusual to find a full salad bar, customizable sandwiches, and a variety of soups in Boston. The location is excellent. I also place catering orders from this location and have never experienced any issues with my orders or the staff. I look forward to returning here for lunch whenever I'm in the city. I highly recommend the half sandwich and half soup combo—not only is it affordable, but it also offers great value!"

"I had lunch at Au Bon Pain with a friend and chose the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, along with a to-go container of fruit and cheese for later. The café was impressively clean, which is always a nice touch, especially for a chain establishment. The croissant was absolutely delicious, while the chicken salad was decent, but the croissant really stole the show. It’s a nice place for a midday meal, and my total came to around $17 for the sandwich, water, and snack. The dining area is quite inviting, making it a good option for a quick bite. However, there wasn’t anything particularly special that would make me want to return regularly."
"Don't go here it's a waste of your time and money. I used to go every morning for breakfast and the service and quantity and quality is going down the hill, yesterday I asked for a banana milkshake large $5.45 and the employee peeled a banana and just put a quarter of if in the milk shaker lots of ice and milk I inquired her if for a shake of almost 6.00 bucks they do not put the entire banana and she said to me that is the norm so for every banana they are making almost 18 bucks 3 milkshakes that is a rip off ,for a whole hand of ripe bananas in any market would be like $1.80.To tell the history short I also asked for a butter toast the size is not the same as 3 months ago ,now the new norm would fit in your hand ,disrespectful."
