"We were traveling through, spending the night at a nearby hotel. Keeping with our practice we chose a local option for dinner. Oh what a delight! The fettucine Alfredo was creamy, smooth, perfectly seasoned, with the pasta cooked to perfection. We also tried the pasta combo. They were a little overly generous with the red sauce for my taste, but that was a very easy fix. The three pastas were just as wonderful as the fettuccine Alfredo. Fresh home made bread accompanied the meal, along with dipping oil and spices. A small, obviously family run restaurant, tended with love, pride and solid competence. We really wish this was available in our home area. It would become a regular part of our dining selections."
