"I had an amazing dining experience! The food was fantastic, and the homemade cinnamon rolls were the largest and best I've ever had. I enjoyed a delicious dinner accompanied by a generous salad bar and homemade soup. The dinner roll was gigantic and truly impressive. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, which added to the overall experience. I also paired my meal with some wine, which was the perfect complement. Highly recommend!"

"I had never been to Arby's before, but after a shopping trip to Target, I decided to give it a try. I saw they offered a $1.00 happy hour special, so I pulled into the drive-thru right at 4:59 PM, hoping to take advantage of the deal. However, when the clock struck 5:00 PM, the employee told me that happy hour was over. I explained that it was my first visit and asked if she could make an exception since I was already in line, but she turned down my request. Given this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Arby’s anytime soon—it didn’t meet my expectations."

"This restaurant experience was terrible. They messed up my order and the manager was unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do. I was told to pay for the correct order separately and they would refund the original one. However, they rang up the order incorrectly and my refund was short by almost $3. When I pointed out the mistake, they tried to refund for another item, which also turned out to be incorrect. The manager then closed the window and ran away when I tried to address the issue. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience."

"I absolutely adore this Arby's. It is a recent addition to the area, having opened within the last few years. I decided to visit this time to compare it with a nearby competitor. Specifically, I was comparing the quality of the gyros. I must say, Arby's came out on top! The ingredients they use taste fresher and more delicious. The staff take great care in preparing the food, ensuring it looks appetizing. They are incredibly polite and courteous. The establishment is always kept clean and well-maintained. My only criticism would be that sometimes they forget to include turnovers in the bag. Once they fix that issue, everything will be perfect! Overall, I highly recommend this Arby's."

However, I returned on Saturday morning and spoke to the manager, Jennifer, who suggested asking for extra sauerkraut with a medium amount next time. "Since I have come to Tucson in June I have made TWO visits to this location. My FIRST visit in the first week of July I used the drive thru and ordered a Beef N Cheddar medium sized meal. When I got home the bun was hard as a ROCK and my fries were notcooked..some even tasted raw. Recently I tried this SAME location again, in drive thru, and me and my better half ordered aFrench Dip Meal and I had my beef n Cheddar meal. He did NOT want curly fries, he wanted crinkle fries. When we got home therewere NO curly fries in the bag. And his Friend Dip sub roll...HAD MOLD ON IT!!!!!! We will NEVER return to this location, norany Arby's for a VERY long time as my taste and desire for it has ceased."

"No idea what's going on in the evening. But it's MUCH different than how management runs during the day. I waited close to 30 minutes for a carryout order..then decided to walk out. The order consisted of 4 food items and a shake. At the 25 minute mark, a worker tells me they waiting on the fries. What?? I watched from the counter and I just couldn't piece together what was going on...it's like they were stoned. PM shift needs to get it together."
