"If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered a small Stromboli n fries took them a hour to deliver to my house which is 13 minutes from the store. My food was completely cold. They refused to refund my money to the card I paid for it with. Refused to send me a refund with the delivery driver. The young girl on the phone told me they aren't allowed to refund over the phone nor allowed to refund to l there the delivery driver and I had to wait until a magnet came in sometime tomorrow for a refund.. needless to say I got my money back today!! I had to actually go into the store for my refund.. but I truly suggest not to do business here. So rude n nonprofessional to the fullest."

"A couple of friends and I went last week and it was a great place to get together. The food was delicious! Good portion sizes and varied selection of apps. The fried ravioli app was our favorite! Our server was accommodating for our large group and came to check on us often. The vibe is very chill so we could hear each other speak and it’s byob which is super convenient! "As much as I want to love this place and their food but they are awfully and extremely slow both pre and post Covid. They would commit and say 25 minutes, and apparently its the same estimate that they give to ALL their customers very very frustrating. I do not want to even bother having the food delivered cause that will take 2 hours within a mile delivery. We’ve given them this feedback in the past and nothing was done to improve. At least, be respectful with other people’s time and just give an honest estimate if they’re busy. Worse, this was not the first, second or third time that this happened."

"I hadn't been to Diana's in a while only for 1 reason I miss the old.guy and I hate change. Any way what a mistake some times a gem can be hidden in front of your face. There a quarter mile.from my house. .I ordered. A Siscilian with pepperoni and sausage a 15 minute was 10 better than any of the other places some of which were.closed Monday due to staffing shortages. I got a very tasty pizza the sause has a nice sweet taste the crust was crisp around the.edge. With just enough dough to not sog with the weight of a healthy amount of toppings. I am from New York I know what good Pizza is supposed to taste like good Job"

"We've been ordering from Frank's for years, and it's always been excellent. I typically place my orders online, and the food consistently arrives hot and even before the estimated delivery time. Recently, I ordered a large plain pizza, and just as I was about to enjoy it, my dog jumped on me, causing the entire pie to land cheese-side down on my doorstep. Feeling defeated, I had to throw it away. To my surprise, the delivery driver saw what happened and went out of his way to call the restaurant and have my pizza replaced. He didn’t need to do that, but I truly appreciated it. I even tried to give him an extra tip, but he refused. Thank you, Frank's, and a special thanks to the driver for your outstanding service and customer care!"

"Dana is the best waitress here, hands down. One of us ordered the breakfast combo (pancakes, scrambled eggs w/cheese, turkey bacon, turkey sausage). The other guest ordered the California burger with mushrooms sauteed onions as extras on it. The burger was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I like how the burger combos come with fries, pickle, coleslaw a choice of soup. For under $20 you can't beat that price. Portion sizes are very hearty here. Service was excellent, spacious seating booths, adequate parking. A hidden diner gem in the far NE that I thoroughly enjoyed. Don't hesitate stopping past here for a hearty meal great customer service. And see if u can get Dana too."

"We usually love Primos! The delivery was quick through DoorDash, even on a Saturday night. However, we tried Grandma's thin crust pizza for the first time, and it was a bit too hard—Grandma might crack a tooth on that crust! It seemed slightly overcooked. The flavor was great, as always, but we had to scrape off the hard bottom of the dough to really enjoy it. Also, we paid $60 through DoorDash for just one pizza and two small garden salads, which seems a bit steep. "

"My family and I arrived and were greeted immediately, and we were promptly seated at a table. Since it was our first visit, they took the time to explain how everything worked. "I've been here several times and each time it has been amazing. The family/people who run the business make connections with their customers always greeting with a smile.The parking is free but limited. The store itself is pretty small I believe only seating for 5 maybe 6 people. Inside they have deli meat and fridges of soda and drinks.Food wise you can get everything from deli meats and cheeses to pizzas. Calories, hoagies, and cheesesteaks.
