"This was everything the reviews said and more.Over 300 reviews, 5.0 rating, I had to see why and it delivered.I got there, ordered the tamales. Came with 3 tamales, rice and beans for $13. It was ready in THREE MINUTES.I was sitting in my car and the woman working the counter called for my order and I didn’t hear it, so she got out of the truck and started walking it to me. I hopped out and apologized for having her walk and she said would not accept the apology as she was there to help serve me. So service is 5 stars but it should really be 8 out of 5 stars.The food was incredible. I was a little upset they didn’t have any other tamales besides pork, but when I ate them they all three were incredible. Stuffed with plenty of filling and the salsas were hot, but very flavorful which made the heat worth bearing through. I killed the whole plate. I mean, even the rice and beans were plate cleaning worthy.I’m out here for work for the next couple weeks, I’ll definitely be coming back. Everyone should come here.I think they got it wrong when they called Colby the Oasis of the plains, because I believe this food truck in particular is the actually Oasis of the plains."
