"When my food arrived, I first tried the shrimp and broccoli. Although it could have been better, I found it tolerable—certainly not award-winning, but I was hungry. However, the rice was another story. It was cold, undercooked, and tasteless—a sad excuse for fried rice. It tasted as if it had been cooked, stored, and reheated from a week ago.
When I approached the counter to express my concerns, the woman was polite but unhelpful. I asked her to make me fresh rice, and she nodded but then handed me more of the same from the counter. I didn't want to push the issue too hard, considering they were handling my food. I thought perhaps they would provide me with a fresh batch. Unfortunately, I was disappointed; the new rice was just slightly warmer and had a burnt taste.
Rather than returning my meal, I decided to write this detailed review. I tried to overlook the outdated payment system, the lack of selection (including a few sodas), the dirty dishes, and so on. However, what I can't overlook is the lack of customer service and the failure to provide what customers are paying for. I wouldn't recommend dining here, and I sincerely hope I don't end up with a stomach bug from this experience."
