"We arrived at the Morgan Road location at approximately 8:50 am July 17th. The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so my husband and I decided to go inside. We waited for approximately 10 minutes and never had the chance to place our order. The person, who I can only assume was the manager, walked around complaining about staffing, breaking down boxes, basically anything other than taking an order. She then acknowledged the line of people waiting and went to answer the phone. Another employee was doing nothing but walking around picking up trays and trash when people were clearly waiting to order. She even happily apologized to the FOUR people who walked out without even getting to order. My husband and I decided the gas station next door would even be a better option. As we were eating our biscuits from the gas station, we saw both the manager and the other employee in the parking lot having a smoke break while the drive through line was still wrapped around the building."
