"The restaurant was impressively clean, and the staff was very energetic and professional. My only complaint is that I understand it can get quite busy on a Friday at 6 PM. I ordered four milkshakes at the drive-thru and was instructed to pull forward while they brought the shakes to us. After waiting for 17 minutes, an employee came to hand me a shake. She mentioned that she had accidentally poked a hole in the bottom of the cup while making it and had placed that cup inside another one. I thought it was no big deal at the time. However, not long after, I found myself sipping on a mouthful of Styrofoam pieces from the shake."
