"The food here is really good, but I feel like they don't value their returning or loyal customers. We've been going since they opened on the very first day, yet they wouldn't even provide a small cup of sauce with our order. I mentioned that they used to give it to us for free since day one, but that didn't seem to matter. It's just a small cup of sauce—come on! We order from them at least once a week. The food is delicious, but don't expect top-notch customer service.
Edit 03/09/2023: I’ve attached a picture of their Chicken 65 pizza. We asked for half Chicken 65 and half cheese, but they only put one piece of Chicken 65 on each slice—just one! Additionally, their Philly cheese steak was mostly mushrooms, with only about 10% steak. I understand that prices are going up and things change, but the price of the food has also increased. It's puzzling why the portion sizes of chicken and steak have shrunk so much. I'm really disappointed, especially since we've been loyal customers from the very beginning."
